k so im in shreveport, it seems as though the world was against me and my roommate. trying to get moved in was a pain and then getting internet and cable was crazy. also financial aid is driving me crazy, but over all its pretty good. I sorta like the place that i am going to be for the next two months. I am working with old people, which is not what i would really want ot work with, but so far its realyl easy. I think that the only part that i am not going to like is doing the ADl assessment and what i have to do is help them shower and get ready, so thats going to be interesting. well also im so confused about this guy. i duno if i like him as a friend or as something more and its driving me crazy. welll i guess thats bout it !!

soo its been awhile and things have certainly change. for one im now 22, and i dont believe it. I am finished with classes. I start my fieldwork in June and im almost done with college. Im so shocked and scared and happy all at the same time. its like everything is starting to go right and its just amazing to realize that im about to accomplish finishing college with a good degree. Its nice to know that all the hard work paid off and that i actually did somethiing. many of my friends are graduating this weekend and im sad. I am going to miss them more than they will ever know, but i wish them the best in their lives. I also what one to know how much he has impacted my life, I dont truely know if he knows how much he has helped me through the past 4 years of my life. He was always there to lend a hand and also to make me laugh. He is a wonderful friend and I am so happy and proud that he is graduating and i wish him the best in his life. ( i hope u realize who u are). also im moving and thats a big change, and i do believe my roommate and i are going to get along great. its kinda funnny and freaky because our names are alike. her name is kendall and we also have the same middle name and last initial. yeah i know, but its going to be great. I have made some new friends at ULM who i am going to miss like Tony, who is such an amazing person and friend. I just am thankful for all my friends and i hope they all realize this. well i guess that is about it. |

so its spring break and im just chilling in Monroe. At first i thought well this is going to be interesting and im not going to be having fun and its going to be horrible, but things have a strange way of turing out. So I am busy with school stuff, but also spending time with the new boyfriend, who by the way is great. I hate to say this but i have to thank Lou and Chris because i would have never met him if it hadnt been for those two. Well, i guess that is about it i will try and update more. |

its been a while, but things are busy. I am busy with last semester of classes before i start 4months of fieldwork. ive started some of the fieldwork and i work once a week with 2 kids at a therapy place. |

im sooo happy at the moment. i have wonderful friends and one special person who really helped me study during finals last week. but yeah life is great at the moment. here is a cute pic of tony and i getting ready in the girls dressing room before a performance of "prelude to a kiss". tony is a great person and I am soo happy i can call him my friend because hes so nice and just a life saver when u have a wardrobe malfunction on stage.

so the semester is coming to an end and I have barely had the time to keep up with this thing. Life is crazy, but amazingly Great! The semester was hard and stressful, but I made it through with little problems. I did not stress out too much and I passed all my Checkouts that we had in lab and even better my department head asked me to be on some council with another OT student for the Health Sciences. Its cool that she thought of me and asked me. I dont think I have ever been so committed to things before in my life and got them done quickly as possible and devoted so much time to make sure everything was right. For a girl that grew up in the south, they are all shocked that I speak very well and there is no problem with my dialect. I just told them its b/c Im a theater person and they are like must be it. Also my teachers think it is great that I am in theater because they tell me that it will help me later on in life when working with pts which is cool ( oh thats patients, i forget not everyone knows all this medical abbreviations). So yeah Prelude to a Kiss was fun, I didnt know if i wanted to try out at first, but man Im so happy I did! Everything turns out for a reason and for once fate tipped its hand towards me. You never go out looking for something b/c in the end it will just find you ( thats what tiff told me) and It hit me and in a good way. IM happy and its great because I havent been this happy in years. Its a nice way to end the year and start the beginning of a new one. So i have it figured out that I really might want to work at a Children's hospital like St. Jude's or another one like it. I love kids more than anything and this way I will be helping children that are in desperate need of help and Hope (above all else). Well, i could gone on, but im gonna actually start gathering my final material. |

ok been away, but been busy. school is great, classes are hard, but grades are great. I have a problem though. OK so I totally have accidentally started to like someone I know i shouldnt. its horrible, i wasnt attracted to him, but now hes like the best |

ok so this is just a quick post in between work and ticket sales. Well, Projekt Revolution was the best thing ever ( might even be better than seeing the colts play.... i know strange comming from me but that is how much fun i had) well I will write all about it later and post some pictures but now the phone is ringing off the hook and also financial aid got all my money straightened out so yay!!!! back to work and be back later |

so i got my scrubs today and things are ok. I mean im totally confused i mean there is a guy i like and we talk and its nice going ok and thats fine. well start school meet guy that is in program and wants to work out with me and we have fun. and then out of the blue another guy i know just starts talking to me. WhAT is the deal here? i talked to my friend and she was like looks like u got guys fallin all around u, its crazy. but im not going to assume anything i mean they could all just be really friendly. although it is strange i was invited over to one of the guys place if i was in the area b/c he lives near my cousin and then i am apparently really cool b/c i dont like to go shopping and my taste in movies!!!!! strange it all is! well i have to get back to studyin and getting my workout bag packed, the guy and i are going to up our game tomorrow!! |

so took my first test today and it was easy. its really cool because after class i go to the activity center and work out for about 30- 45 min and as i was leaving one of the guys in the program was about to run the track. So after the test today he asked if i was going to work on the elliptical and i told him yes. well he wanted to work out with me, so it was cool to have someone to talk to. time went by fast and it was fun. So i now have a HOT work out buddy and plus he lives near my cousin and told me if i was in the area to stop by. kinda cool.well have to do some studying i have a test next week |
